My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious with huge terraces offering beautiful beach views, although it was a bit disappointing that the top rooms lacked air conditioning. The service was fantastic, with welcoming staff who were incredibly helpful and fun to be around. The broken chaise lounges on the property were a small downside, but the hotel's fantastic location right on Playa La Ropa beach made up for it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were really helpful and I even got upgraded to a very comfortable room in September/October. The service was top-notch despite it being off-season, and the open-air restaurant was a lovely experience. The location was just breathtaking with lush gardens, a beautiful view of the bay, and attentive staff at the beach. The dining was a culinary delight with fresh selections and the facilities exceeded my expectations.
